Research on Self-Noise Suppression of Marine Acoustic Sensor Arrays

Marine acoustic sensors can detect underwater information. The cilium micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) vector hydrophone (CVH) is the core component of ocean noise measurement system. performance CVH, especially its self-noise, has received widespread attention. In this paper, we propose a solution to improve CVH using an array environmental in complex deep-water environment. We analyzed self-noise source and suppression principle four-unit MEMS (FUVH). addition, designed pre-circuit FUVH, completed cross-beam structure by processing, packaged FUVH. Then, tested Finally, experimental results show that FUVH reduces voltage power spectrum 6 dB compared structure. achieves better linearity at low frequencies without reducing bandwidth sensitivity. it minimizes equivalent levels 5.18 5.14 X Y channels, respectively.
